Skimmer and Automatic Water Leveler Replacement
Removing old skimmers and AWLs requires cutting a square around them and demoing so we can expose the plumbing. We can then cut, remove, replumb and pour back. In this example we demoed out an old fashioned concrete AWL, which left room for a new CMP AWL.
In-Floor System Cancellation
At Alvarado Pool & Spa Plumbing Company we will always nudge you in the direction of getting a dedicated suction line instead of an in floor cleaning system. We find lots of clients requesting we cancel their pop-up heads and eliminate the water valve. We demo around the in-floor heads and expose enough pipe to put a cap and cover with concrete.
Adding a Dedicated Vacuum Line
If you don’t already have one we highly suggest you get one. Tried and trusted and with these new pumps they work like a charm. We drill a hole through your pool’s shell and uncover it on the other side and then run it to the equipment. Trust is when we say, there is always a way, as it relates to running a pipe from the pool to the equipment.
Like wise, we can add an extra return or rerun the water level line elsewhere or add a couple therapy jets to a baja step. Ask and we can provide.
Fresh Equipment Set
Not covering your equipment is one of the biggest mistakes. Giving it even a small shade will save you thousands. In the case that you didn’t properly shade your equipment or maybe you just want a new equipment set, we got you covered. We can eliminate lines, add lines, add a heater if you prefer hotter water, we can install a new pump and filter. New valves? We got you! In this here equipment set we cancelled the pop-up heads and were asked to leave the water valve as is and give the rest of the equipment a new makeover.
